Heallo corporation built the Heallo app as a Freemium app. This Service is provided by Heallo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Heallo collects personal data when registering a User with the App and when the App asks Users for permission to access information contained in their mobile phone.
Users’ personal data collected by Heallo are the following:
Last name and first name
Mobile Phone number
Date of birth (optional)
Profile picture (optional)
The personal data that the App collects on request and authorization includes the following:
Contacts of the user’s mobile directory
Photos saved in the mobile phone (only for the profile picture)
Camera (only for taking a profile picture)

Heallo collects data indirectly when the user uses the App in order to provide the services:
Statistics on each Heallo (time spent, count, type)
SMS sent and received
Signatures sent and received
Email addresses & messages received through contact@heallo.app
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The accuracy of personal data uploaded on the App is the sole responsibility of Users.
Users have the necessary technical tools on the App to change, update or delete any information that concerns them.
Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, request the portability of their personal data and restrict the processing of such data. Users have also the right to object to the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons and to contact Heallo to define instructions for the processing of their personal data after their death.
Users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In order to exercise these rights, the User must write to contact@heallo.app stating the purpose of his/her request and his/her contact details.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
